If you can please amend to include the part where the some of the (male) parents shouted at a 21 year old female member of staff to reduce her to tears or where one of the prospective tenants decided to film a member of staff without their permission. Despite all this, the staff at Kings Estates were always polite and professional with yourselves even assisting with helping to terminate a 3rd party utility contract once the tenancy was ended. I agree that Southampton City Council are very good and agreed with our points on the property. The points you have raised were exaggerated to which the council also agreed. That said, there were issues at the start of the tenancy which we had also expected to have been completed which we tried to help resolve. Ultimately both parties ( Tenant and Landlord ) decided to terminate the tenancy due to a breakdown. All the best in the future. Kings Estates
