Disabled toilets have a code lock on them that has been installed way high out of reach for the average wheelchair user. I'm not sure why they've made it so disabled people are forced to find an employee to open the door for them, some disabilities include bladder and bowel issues so this could cause accidents. Even when i had used the toilet, i struggled to open the high up handle to exit. I had to call my friend to open the code handle from the outside. The red cord has been tied up for MONTHS. I have contacted many members of staff and called their customer support line but no one seems to do anything.
