Great renting experience

Very happy with the way I was treated , they have very good procedures and experienced staff. I really liked the fact that they provide a mobile number rather than just calling the main office number.

Martin & Co were extremely helpful during the whole process from start to finish. Jordan in particular was amazing as i was on a time limit- constantly keeping me in the loop & a very lovely lady- super helpful! Overall service is fab- Highly Recommend! <3

After being badly let down by a tenant I tried to help, I returned the property to Tony Lindberg and his team at Martin & Co., Southend-on-Sea. Although I was abroad at the time they immediately took action, contacting the tenant, and then arranging for legal action. This led to possession being secured without court proceedings, whereupon they have organised re-decoration of the premises and re-letting in a timely fashion. It has all been most efficient and helpful. I recommend them.
