Now the property is up for sale Martins have done all the necessary preparations again very much to our satisfaction. We do not live in Southend and have sometimes had to deal with issues from Spain. We have found selling and a buying a property through Martin & Co to be a good and relatively stress free experience and would highly recommend them. They have been very helpful and excellent communicators and also very realistic without all the usual flannel that you get from most other Estate Agencies! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have found selling with Martin & Co a good experience so far, all the staff have been so approachable and helpful. After the initial excitement of finding a buyer things usually go very quiet for a while, but with this estate agent I am getting regular updates on progress. Although I always appreciated they didn't stop working once a buyer is found it's very reassuring to be kept up to date with what's happening.
