I have had Martin & Co as my letting agent close to 25 years now. As a long term tenant I can honestly say they have been brilliant. My main dealings over the years has been with Rose, Gaynor and Laura. All three are a credit to the agency. When the property I rent is due for inspection I am notified beforehand, so if I need to change the date due to work commitments, they accommodate the best they can.
