I've just completed on a property with Martin and Co. Leanne Levy mortgage advisor provided exceptional service by finding very low interest deal with fixed rate for 5 yards. Money getting from the bank process went so smooth and fast that hard to believe. Charlotte and Joanna extremely professional agents, found suitable for me property faster than in an a week. ( and I had quite few specific requirements for property I want) Whole Martin & Co team have been very helpful, and provided support in every step during the purchase. I had quite tiny deadline to buy a property and they hit it very easy, leaving almost 2 months extra time for me. I'm very pleased with their service and professionalism. If you looking for service without unpleasant surprises Martin & Co Southend-on-Sea team must be be first choose.
