I was recently looking for my very first apartment and viewed a property managed by Martin and co. I was first met by Inigo who was a fantastic agent who made sure to show me everything about the apartment and also squeeze in quick viewings of other apartments which was a last minute request from me. Very friendly and conversational which definitely made it a lot easier to work through the process. I left very happy with the property and over the coming weeks everytime I had a question Inigo was at the end of the line there to answer. After being accepted for my studio flat Rhiannon, Leanne and Gaynor were there to support me from referencing to random questions I had about renting due to it being my first time. All 3 of them were and continue to be so patient and I'm so pleased I got to deal with an agency who not only has the best interests of the landlord in mind but also looks out for the tenant to make sure all is in place for the move and there after. I can't recommend Martin and Co enough if you're a tenant looking for a home and I can only imagine landlords must be over the moon with them too! Nothing is ever too much for the whole team there, even when things go wrong they are super prompt to make sure problems are rectified as quickly as feasibly possible. Just wanted to say, I’ve had extremely good service from this team of agents. In particular, Inigo was very helpful and always provided information in a timely manner. I didn’t go ahead with the property in the end, however, I am grateful for the service I received!
