From start to finish James and Matt were great, their valuation was realistic and the time frame from us first agreeing to go with Martin & Co and our valuation being met with 2 offers. the information flow is great and they book all of the viewings via email that synced with my calendar so i was always informed of viewings. Really professional the photos and listings on Rightmove ETC were really good and gave a great impression of the house. I would highly recommend and will be using their service in the future

We have been dealing with James at Martin & Co for over 2 years to find tenants for our flats. He has always gone above and beyond his remitt to help us. James is extremely helpful, friendly and has a good deal of knowledge of the local market. We wouldn't use anyone else!
