Terrible Estate agents. Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. As tenants whenever you have a problem it is not dealt with, yet as soon as their is a problem that benefits them (usually involving money) they are quick to deal with it. All they are concerned with are making the most money out of you, certain problems have been so extreme we have considered taking them to court.

Don't bother take months to get anything done, fees are a rip off and they stitch you up when you move out. We requested for things to be fixed and sorted and it took from November till Feb and then June the work got done. Would never ever go with this company again.

As a landlord I have found this particular branch to be awful. They do not respond to emails, ignore questions ( that I have repeatedly asked over the phone and resent for up to 4 weeks) and have not followed their own terms of business which they hold me to account with. I would have saved money if I had just kept the property locked up and not used them to manage the tenants I already had there when I brought them in.

Terrible agents. Underhand and not trustworthy. I was a landlord with Martin and Co, Southsea and they failed on so many levels. Ignoring correspondence, failing to carry out proper inventories, failing to pay the rent on time into my account and never once did I receive any sort of apology or acknowledgement. I was always made to feel like I was a nuisance and should not be bothering them.
