I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole. Thank you Stan so much for believing it would happen and for all your help.
