Chloe provided a very professional service whilst I was buying a property through CJ Hole. She was always clear and responsive in her communication. So I was always aware where we were in the process and what was likely to happen next. She also showed a very personable character and was very helpful in providing advice beyond her role, drawing on her experience in the finance sector.

Our over all experience with CJ Hole was positive. We needed to get the house on the market quickly and they managed to turn that around for us in a couple of days. They where able to get us an acceptable offer in just over 4 weeks even with the challenges of COVID 19. Chloe Brutto's help as part of CJ Holes sales progression team was fantastic. She was easy to get hold of, quick to chase things down, and both empathetic and supportive when the sailing got a little rough. (5 stars for the sales progression)
