Had a viewing for a house with Callum. Appreciated the phone call ahead of time to confirm. They clearly hadn't timed their viewings well and we had to wait outside the house for 15 minutes before we could go in. Some questions couldn't be answered by them and it was clear that there was not going to be follow up given that applications had to be in by the following morning (it was evening already).

The viewings went very smoothly. The app is great as it allowed us to see the comments the viewers made. The sakes progression was not a good exoerience, we were told that CJ Hole will do the chasing with solicitors on our behalf. I did not feel that was the case. Some emails were not even replied to. On completion date , we had the phone call at 10.30 am from our solicitor to inform us about the completion. Chloe from CJ Hole called us at 11am , asking us when we will be leaving. We informed her that we had the call from the solicitor only 30mns before and we should be out by 4.30. She answered that it was too long as the buyers wanted to access the property . There was nothing we could do quicker. We found this a bit abrupt and pushy.

Really lovely people but I thought their business practice left a lot to be desired. Maybe I was unlucky but I know at least one other person who was too.
