I wouldn't recommend. We sold our house through them. They lost our front door key. Arranged meetings and the agent James didn't turn up. I complained to the office and was told they would contact me back but didn't hear anything back. Found them to be pretty useless

Very unimpressed with everyone I have dealt with. The communication is terrible. Unresponsive. The negotiator talked about sealed bids when there were no offers. Calls unanswered. Feedback slow. Constantly chasing. Even when made a full offer price on a property. Surely comms is estate agency one o one.
