Extremely terrible customer service, agent was unbelievably rude to me. Called up to ask for property details, and the agent told me to NEVER ASK AGAIN. He specifically mentioned there will be more properties uploading shortly and tell me DO NOT ENQUIRY AGAIN. I understand as a student tenant, I am not the targeted customers for their listings. However, it was my first time enquiring CJ Hole, and this is the response and treatment received from them. Wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone, who has no manners and treats people with no respect.

Waited 9 months for CJ hole to repair our shower. Now, we have not been able to shower at all for over a week and they are ignoring our emails. It has got to the point where I have had to contact the council to do the repairs. I have previously had issues with CJ hole sending unannounced contractors (with keys to our house!) On several occasions. Do not let or buy from or with this company.

Worst company ever had to deal with, they will try and charge you for breathing inside your own house that’s how ridiculous they were being with getting our deposit back. Landlord said he would pay for a damage that occurred due to the property not being well maintained from way before we moved in, then tried to charge us for it at the end of the tenancy, good thing we had emailed proof that he said he would pay it. Do not bother with these people trust me

Charge £150 check in fee for a rental, didn't give us the door code for the building or even tell us we needed one on the day we picked up the flat keys from the local office. When we arrived thhe previous tenant was still in the flat, not fully packed and hadn't cleaned up. The first few days of moving in we had to clean the place ourselves. The landlady apologised but cj hole didn't offer us a refund on the check in fee despite there not being one.
