Waited 9 months for CJ hole to repair our shower. Now, we have not been able to shower at all for over a week and they are ignoring our emails. It has got to the point where I have had to contact the council to do the repairs. I have previously had issues with CJ hole sending unannounced contractors (with keys to our house!) On several occasions. Do not let or buy from or with this company.

Very bad service . No idea about customer service . I have spoken to girl called Georgie she is very rude . she hung up the phone on me !! She refused to give a contact details . Tried to her back she didn’t answer. Never deal with them again. I put the compliment !! Just waiting for apology .

Me and my son my arrangements to view a room and the girl did not turn up, lucky the chaps that live there showed us around, he pointed out some damp which had been dealt with but as still waiting for council sign off was surprised that it was still being advertised, when I came out we phoned them to be told nothing in the calendar, went to speak to them that same day about the problem and was told would get a call back on Monday, Monday came and went called again on Wednesday to be told they would call me back, still no call went up on Friday to put deposit on room and to see what was happening to be told it had been let to someone else, absolutely rubbish service will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone else, by all the comments it seems to be the letting side that is failing

Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Their estate agent knew nothing about the property they were selling, when I called the office for info they were very uninterested in my questions. We were ready to put and offer in when they called back about my questions but instead dodged my calls and accepted and offer from another buyer and never even contacted us!! Poor service and attitude. Would be very reluctant to go through them for anything.
