Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. Nicola was a great support, always there to answer any queries I had, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. The team of sales guys were professional and friendly and this was a stress free process, however I cannot praise sales progression, in particular Nicola enough as there is where the true grit and effort comes during the selling and purchasing process. Recently bought my first home through CJ Hole and the sales progression team were brilliant, particularly Stan Pitman. As a first time buyer I was unsure of the process, he explained everything to me and what each next step would be. The sales progression team were very patient when I had problems completing the purchase. All of the team were very helpful and would love to use them again if I ever decided to move.

Although we didn't buy our house through CJhole, I wanted to to comment on the good service from Matthew. He showed us round some properties and we I also seen him in your branch a couple of times. He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He has vision about properties and can show off the features and benefits, but without being pushy. He was attentive to what we were looking for, and came up with some choices we wouldn’t have thought of. I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole.
