He was always so friendly, helpful, patient and professional. He has vision about properties and can show off the features and benefits, but without being pushy. He was attentive to what we were looking for, and came up with some choices we wouldn’t have thought of. Nicola was absolutely amazing throughout this process, which was made difficult and stressful due to painfully difficult and unresponsive communication from my own Solicitors. Nicola was a great support, always there to answer any queries I had, she is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable.
