The team at Parkers in Spencer’s Wood are brilliant at what they do. From start to finish we couldn’t fault them. Clear and timely comms and always done with a smile. Estate Agents - they're all the same right, doesn't matter who you choose, it's all about rightmove anyway. That is kind of what I thought. I went with a different agent to begin with and can definitely now say that they are not the same! After 16 unsuccessful weeks with one we switched to Parkers and sold in approx 3 weeks, but its not even the quicker sale time that convinced me, after all that could just be luck! I just found Parkers to be so much better overall. The pictures were better, they were more proactive, they made more suggestions, I never had to chase for feedback on viewings, they were always contactable, more reliable viewings with no no-shows, they were way more organised and personal. I was their customer and was treated as such, I couldn't always say the same for the other agent. As it turned out I also bought the house we moved to through Spencers Wood Parkers so got to see both the selling and buying side of the business. Again I couldn't fault them.
