We recently sold a property with Parker’s - Spencer’s Wood and they were brilliant from the start and throughout. At what was a tough time to sell, they remained professional and kept us positive with regular communication and updates. When we sold the process was smooth and the contact we received couldn’t be faulted, we always knew what was going on, and never had to ask questions, they were always pre-empted. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Parker’s again and would recommend to my friends and family.

I cannot express enough how much help and assistance they gave all though out. Ben was great, communication excellent and managed viewings to a top degree. Dale was awesome and without him and the support team we would not have got over the finishing line. Dales dedication to assist was top drawer as this was not an easy transaction with 2 house sales to purchase one! Alison supporting was always on hand for feedback and excellent communication. Buying or selling, words will never express the 10/10 service you will gain form here. If ever in doubt just use the experience this team will give you.

Great experience with the team in Spencers Wood. Ben mitchell came round to see me initially his energy and positive attitude meant that I was more than happy to place my property with him. They managed to secure a buyer on the house within a couple of weeks thanks to Alison and Dale arranging plenty of viewings and Dale Kempson is keeping me well informed about the whole transaction. Great job keep up the good work

Having not used an Estate agent in over 25years this was a difficult decision but no regrets with our choice. The team at Parker’s are all very professional and all work extremely hard to get the job done. Dale kept me up to date every step of the way and anything I didn’t understand he was happy to talk me through. Dale went above and beyond my expectation.The thing I liked was I never felt uncomfortable or pushed to make a decision, I was always given time. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end. Would I recommend Parker’s 100% yes THANK YOU to all at Parker’s in Spencer Wood....

Sorry for the delay in this review 🙈 I’m so pleased we chose these guys to sell our house, the help and support we had was a massive 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Honestly think if it wasn’t for Dale to talk me through things everyday I reckon I would have been rocking in the corner lol there was a few hurdles in our sale/buy but Dale sorted things for us 👍 he went massively out of his way to make phone calls that normally we would have had to do, but he was always more than willing.... So that’s a massive yes from us and a bigger THANK YOU to all at Parker’s in Spencer Wood....

Just sold our property with Parkers - Would never use them again and would not recommend them. The communication early on was good, we had good communication regarding viewings. However, post offer acceptance and in the crucial part of the sale cycle, communication was very poor and they were incredibly hard to contact or speak to. We found them always unavailable, they never return calls and take all day to get back to you (if at all), so you end up wasting another day! They don't have a sales progressor, so when you are in the final and stressful part of the sale, it is incredibly frustrating that the agents are too busy to speak to you, or always "out of office". They definitely don't go above and beyond like the other estate agent we dealt with. We were the paying clients, yet it felt like everything was way too much hassle for them. They are an extremely disorganised business and do not have their clients best interests at heart. We were made to feel like they didn't care about our sale and we weren't a priority to anyone there. Your house will sell itself to the right person on Rightmove, I would strongly recommend going with an estate agent with a good sales progressor and communication throughout - Something Parkers very much lack!NegativeQuality, Value
