Very professional. I got frustrated trying to find a suitable rental in St Albans due to the shortage of decent 2 bed rentals this summer and the bidding wars that were taking place. Theses agent did not play me off against other prospective viewers or force me increase on the asking price to secure a property. All expression of interest put to the landlord and landlord's choice based on what was on paper without been put off by my name and the fact i was a single mother which was my experience from a couple of St Albans landlords and agents.
