I instructed North Estates on the sale of my property in St Albans. From the beginning to the end of the process they provided a flawless service. Nicky did a great job of marketing the property and was always available to show prospective purchasers around. They invest a lot in the marketing process, including a 360 virtual viewing which proved very useful in the current climate! Nick dealt with the negotiation side of things and the post-sale process. They say moving house is one of life's most stressful events but he was so on top of things (chasing third parties, providing advice etc.) it made the process very smooth. Both Nick and Nicky are genuinely lovely people who cannot do enough for their clients. I did a lot of homework before instructing agents and I have no regrets with my choice whatsoever - thank you again North Estates!
