The provision set out was clear. My responsibilities were also made clear. During the time that the property was on the market,every single one of the staff with whom I was in contact did their utmost to encourage a sale and kept me informed by Email,text and telephone in an effort to ensure that I was always aware of developments. In my opinion,staff also went that extra mile at times to help me out,especially when the distance proved to be a problem for me. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly,patient and have a great sense of humour! My property sold this week and I could not recommend JB&B.LEACH highly enough to anyone who is trying to decide which agent to go with.
