I just want to say a big thank you to Danielle, Emma, Heather, Kathryn on behalf of myself and husband for all the support with our purchase on our new home. We have been involved in a chain with our own sale with another agent, but with our sellers agent (JB B Leach) being so professional for both the sellers and us as the buyers we wouldn't be in our dream home now! The house we have purchased we have loved for many years as we passed, and when the house came on the market we was filled with joy and excitement, that we just had to have it. We pushed and pushed despite the hurdles with our chain and can not thank our sellers agent JB B Leach enough for working with our buyers to work out the problems to get a completion finally over the line. We have never experienced anything like it with past purchases, and was feeling very much frustrated, not having control with what would hopefully be your future home was so frustrating. All I can say is JB B Leach definitely go above and beyond! We have JB B Leach to thank for their professionalism for making our dream come true and thank you to the sellers being so understanding! We pinch ourselves at night still in shock after a the long haul, we are finally in our forever home 🏡 You guys are all absolutely amazing!!!!
