Bought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
