Sold my house with JB &B Leach in dentons green St. Helens. They fullfilled all their promises & more. This company know the market in WA10 more than any other. They got me lots of viewings and were always professional & courteous. Their marketing strategy with professional photographs and floor plans is 1st class. I'd like to thank Kath who was principally responsible for my sale. She was a fantastic communicator & always kept me up to date wherever i was and is a huge assest to JB B Leach. Although slightly more expensive with the comission i would definately use this company again. They achieved all they claimed they would do.
