From the initial call, Emma was very pleasant and informative, Danielle then attended to value the property, she definitely knew her business and the current market!!! Danielle valued the property and her confidence to sell made me want to use the company even more to see if she delivered on the statement! SHE DID, within a week!! Lisa and Heather were absolutely amazing facilitating all the viewings, they took all the stress away and only told me what I needed to know, positive an factual, it was perfect! ??? Then Emma took control over sales and negotiations, now this is where I really didn???t mind paying this company slightly more than the other estate agents in the area, Emma was fantastic, I had no stupid/silly offers, she knew the property value and smashed the negotiations without hassling me, I genuinely couldn???t have asked for a better team so far!! Once the property was sold, Kath was appointed as what I can only describe as ???The Chaser??? ??? she linked in with me, the buyers solicitors and my solicitors to ensure things ran smoothly and she expedited the sale, she was absolutely fantastic!!
