JB&B Leach provided an excellent service from the initial visit to sale completion. The proposed sale price proved to be perfectly placed to be both competitive and realistic. The property sold at the asking price. The sales brochure was professionally compiled and the property was advertised via all major online property websites and also via their own website. JB&B Leach kept us fully updated during the sales process and also stayed in close contact with the buyer. The staff from JB&B Leach were unfailingly courteous and professional.
