The property sold at the asking price. The sales brochure was professionally compiled and the property was advertised via all major online property websites and also via their own website. JB&B Leach kept us fully updated during the sales process and also stayed in close contact with the buyer. The staff from JB&B Leach were unfailingly courteous and professional. JB&B Leach were the Estate Agents selling the house we purchased and I genuinely felt they did more for us than the people we end up paying fees to.
