Excellent service couldn't do more for you

Had a viewing with this estate agent. Turned up late but didn't apologise which wasn't professional at all. When he was showing us around the property put it this way When I have to sell my house I wouldn't like to think that he was trying to sell a property.

Arranged for valuation of my property valuer turned up on time and seemed very professional said they would be in touch but never got back to us so disappointed

Booked to view a property, didn't have decency to inform me it has been sold prior the viewing appointment.

Wouldn’t recommend this agency They only responded to progressing my sale after lots of emails and phone calls from myself for updates I took a staggering 19 weeks to complete the sale it was a straight forward sale the buyers were first time and there was no upward chain BEWARE BEWARE they recommended a local solicitor Tickle Hall & Cross They charged me an introduction fee if £ 240 !!! I had my own solicitor who gave me a comparative quote but stupidly I thought I would use Tickle Hall & Cross because I thought it would make the sale go through more quickly , how wrong I was They deserve to be pushed out the market by more affordable online agencies such as Strike who are free and DO NOT charge INTRODUCTION FEES, or any fees I Challenged the fee and got the expected read the small print response LEGlALLY Correct MORALLY WRONG !!!!! Bought a property through this agent and in the 3 months of the sale going through, I called them twice, both times I was fobbed off and didn't get any help/reassurance whatsoever. Severely over valuing houses at the moment also, over valued the house we bought by 25k (confirmed by the banks) so this affected the sale massively and the seller could've lost their buyer. Wouldn't recommend this agent at all based off of personal experience.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Cancelled viewing 1 hour before scheduled time (I took time off work for this viewing). Informed me property had already sold, when I was informed at time of booking the viewing that this was the first time to view the property in question. Appears underhanded activity is taking place!! This isn’t the first time something has happened like this with this estate agents. I wouldn’t not use these In future even if I liked the property.NegativeProfessionalism
