Amazing, really happy and Great experience with the TM team from st.ives, from the start I spoke with Dan who guided myself and assured me with all the options I had, his knowledge and time served experience showed and I felt comfort knowing my home was in great hands. Once listed I had constant feedback and updates via calls and emails from the team, Becky, Jenni, Jemma and Katy Adapt to the clients really well and their knowledge of the market and potential clients that would be suited for your home is incredible, they are really good people in general and nothing was ever too big or small, I felt I could call them anytime and I would say I even felt part of their team, they work that well and make you feel at ease It really helped with with all my nerves and takes the stress of the small things away. Will, Alex and Evan provided progress with any amendments and scheduled appointments with enough notice to sort anything out with the property and the whole team in general are really nice, I had to pop into branch a couple of times to drop some keys and paperwork off and they all make you feel so welcome. Dan suggested using the in house conveyancing team as they were really good and expressed he has worked so well with them over the years. I trusted Dan and I am so glad I did, I had Owin allocated to my sale up and they were really good, again updates and curtasey calls were pleasant and I always felt in the loop with things. The team at St.ives as a whole is the definition of what teamwork is, they are so glued together as a team, make you feel so welcome, and above all treat you as a person and I currently feel like I know them as people myself rather than just a random name on paper.
