I appointed the services of Thomas Morris to look after the tenancy of my rental property after severe and consistent failings of another estate agency firm and what a relief I did! After several years of unprofessional management from the predecessors it was a huge breath of fresh air to deal with a competent firm who actually cared and orchestrated everything to a very high level. Upon recently deciding to sell the property TM were very quick and responsive in getting it to market and communicated perfectly throughout. I also chose to use the services of TM conveyancing to keep it all in house who were also faultless and very competitively priced (cheaper than anyone else). Upon receiving an offer from a buyer that was accepted I was quite keen to keep the momentum going and have it wrapped up as soon as possible. I would particularly like to thank sales progressor Jemma Woodroff at this stage. Jemma was the icing on the cake and really went the extra mile to make sure that everything was going to plan with great precision. Jemma was updating me with emails every Monday and in between when required. All in all the whole experience was faultless and I applaud all those who contributed to make this so.
