Estate agents work for the vendors so as a buyer, I didn't have high hopes when I approached a number of estate agents in St. Ives for help with finding us the right property. Becky always responded to my emails very quickly and we also had a chat over the phone where she asked me exactly what we were looking for.. She was kind enough to send us details of properties coming to the market before they were live. All of these were properties that she thought would be good for us based on the information I had given her..
