My experience of estate agents hasn't always been great with them tending to over promise and under deliver. The typical approach of assuring you that they will sell the house at an agreed price but then a few weeks later suggesting that you then drop the price to achieve a sale seems all too familiar. This was certainly not the case with Thomas Morris, St Ives. They were very much more straight talking, giving a realistic view of the current market and then delivering the service they promised. The staff appeared young and yet clearly knew their business well. TM also made you feel that they genuinely had your best interests at heart and were not just interested in getting their commission.
