I recently purchased through Simon Bradbury Estate Agents and although the process of buying a house is notoriously painful, Simon made it as smooth as it possibly could have been! His communication was second to none always providing regular updates via text/voicemail and keeping everyone in the loop, chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain, and most importantly- keeping me, a fearful first time buyer reassured and calm, all whilst staying realistic with time frames. I can imagine that doing his job and essentially being the middle man in chaos is challenging but he handles house stuff like a cool calm pro! Can’t thank Simon enough for his work and would definitely use his services for house selling and buying in the future.
