Andrea Delaney and her wonderful team are the best agents and experts in real estate I've ever encountered! And I've used agents in both London (Foxtons and Knight Frank) and Cambridgeshire. Within 7 days of agreeing to sell my property - photos and a video tour were taken and a full day of viewings booked. I got an offer at the first viewing and above the asking price (cash buyers too!) but due to my personal circumstances I couldn't proceed. I can not recommend Andrea and her amazing team enough for all their hard work, complete honesty/transparency and professionalism.
