From when we first spoke, you understood exactly what I needed, and our needs were pretty specific. We were looking for an accessible ground floor home, with the space to extend to allow our son to access our home in a power wheelchair. What you actually found us, was a home already adapted, completely ready for us to move in and live. You managed the process so carefully, liaising closely with all parties, to enable the complicated purchase to happen.
