Once purchase had been agreed customer service was poor, we we’re also recommended to use Thomas Morris conveyor’s for a speedy service who were equally as poor with communication. Target was a 6week complication which ended up being 6months. Admittedly we had issues obtaining documents from our end but at exchange there was still outstanding documents from TM conveyancing that needed chasing by us. The day before complication we were also contacted as important land registry docs . had been forgotten and needed to be signed urgently, at this point we had paid our deposit and if there was a issue we would have lost it. Throughout this purchase we felt pressured, bullied and TM threatened to remarked the property which they did at 1 point, I would certainly NOT recommend them.
