I’m rarely surprised by the quality of a service of an organisation and I’m even rarer to leave a review but I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the team and specially Chloe Faris . From start to finish Chloe managed the process with professionalism and knowledge , she worked closely with me on every step and held the deal together even when I was ready to walk away . Chloe was able to overcome issues and obstacles on both the sales and the letting side going far beyond what she needed to do in order to get the best outcome . She is truly client centric and she achieved a sale on my house that could never have been done with out her efforts . She is knowledgeable , extremely committed ( I got plenty of early morning emails way before normal business hours ) and responsive even in difficult situations.
