Since I have started renting this property in Sawtry, I have managed to build a working and friendly relationship with a young lady named Rosie Burke at the office in St Neots. Anytime I have an issue I just call and speak with Rosie, who gets back to me within 48 hours with an answer depending if this a work day. Thomas Morris have been fair, polite, courteous and helpful throughout my tenure and long may that continue. I am updated regularly, by emails and even calls from Rosie to male sure all is ticking along and for conformation of when repairs are to be carried out and for permission to give contractors my details.
