It started with the web and I would like to thank the web team for passing on my enquiry because I really thought I would have to go into the branch and this would have delayed things no end. The in staff branch were friendly and professional throughtout the process. They kept me up to date and informed at every stage. I just want to say a massive Thank you to Thomas Morris From the team in Royston office to their head office they have been fantastic In particular my Landlord Peter and a lady called Sharon from head office Together myself and the team have made this journey a lot easier - I believe if you are kind to others they will be kind to you and I can promise you all that these people are some of the kindest people I have ever had to deal with They have given me nothing but support since I have lost my job because I became unwell and in return lost my home I wasn’t able to afford to live in the property anymore and extremely distressed about this They reassured me and helped me every step of the way to ensure I was able to leave with the least stress possible Every phone call and every email sent was responded to immediately , professionally and with kindness even at night time they would email back if they could They worked tirelessly to ensure I was not left with lots of arrears and ensure I had some money to come away with as I have lost everything Any problems I had they treated me with the utter most respect and understanding I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am that I had them to support me through this tough time Not only all of this they would come and do inspections 6 monthly and always friendly , they considered letting me have a pet which really helped my emotional state , when ever there was a problem- ie the sink leaked once they send someone out straight away I would highly recommend Thomas Morris they go above and beyond for their tenants
