Claire works hard to make sure it's as hassle free as possible for me to be a landlord. She is proactive, helpful and 'can do'. She gives me peace of mind that the property and tenants are being looked after and that if anything is needed, she will sort it (and quickly) whilst keeping me in the loop all the time. Recently she went the extra mile by certifying documents I needed for re-mortgaging and sending them over the same day, and by going to the property to take photos of work we'd had done so that I could see the results. These touches save me a lot of time, stress and hassle, and keep me in touch with my property, which I'm unable to visit myself.

The will show you only nice properties, in great conditions, and following the specifications that you give to them (so, you do not invest time visiting properties that are not interesting for you). All staff members are very professional, kind, very polite and friendly. They are very flexible on visit times, and they will do all they can to allow you to visit several places in a single visit. I felt like Oasis staff cared to find the best property for my needs, rather than get another 'let' in their record, and this is a rare thing these days, especially when the 'tenants' market is saturated. When I phoned about the property I was told by Cheryl that unfortunatly the property was under offer, but there was another property listed by Oasis in Sunbury. I veiwed the property in person fell in love with it an put an offer on the property. which was promtly accepted. Then in due course there was a church clause in the property which did not cover me for the church charging me a large sum of money. I started looking for a place to rent in August, I had to find a place asap as I had to move out from where I was living in about 1 and a bit month. I started looking immediately and every time I found a flat that I liked I called the estate agency to book a viewing. between all the estate agencies ISIS was the best one, Kayleigh Slatter was the estate agent that followed me with all the viewings etc.. She was simply amazing trying to help me finding the right place with the right price. after a few weeks I finally found the flat I loved, so I gave ISIS the deposit of the flat. After I moved in I was a bit concerned the agency would have disappeared and not helped me but I was totally wrong. Every time I had a problem or doubt I called Kayleigh and she was always there to help me.
