Simply the best in Staines-upon-Thames

I was very lucky when my letting agent recommended Oasis Staines when the time had come to sell my property in Church Street which we had owned for some thirty years. All the staff were excellent although I must single out Aimee Bryett who was involved throughout. Unfortunately, through no fault of Oasis I was in a chain which eventually broke. During this difficult period Aimee kept me fully informed and sane as property chains can be very stressful. Oasis quickly found another purchaser and the transaction proceeds to a conclusion notwithstanding some weakness on the part of the purchaser's solicitor. Lots of stress in property transactions but with the the Oasis team these can be controlled.. Well done Oasis and in particular Aimee and Steven Harvey for all the work you did for me. Totally fair, straight forward and everyone knew who the client was in the office, Having had my home with another local agent, Oasis were leagues ahead; on, communication, answering left messages, far superior photos, and friendly professional team. I would always recommend this company as the only option to use in Staines. We sold our property through OASiS. They helped us from start to finish by helping us with the right time to sell, how to market the property and get viewings. It took less then a week to have viewings and offers. They took great pictures, made a great advert. Amiee then proceeded to help us with our potential buyers and our own problems when they arose. Always at the end of the phone or email and ready to help out. Amiee and the team worked really hard to sort out insurances and solicitors and other details. We sat down a few times in the office just so they could update is on where we were at and what they needed and solicitors needed.
