I'm a Landlord that has used Martin & co's services for nearly 3 years while I have been working abroad. I have to say that they manage the property very well indeed, any issues that arise with the property have been communicated quickly and clearly. They always have tradesmen available to fix problems at a reasonable cost, they have taken great care of my property in my absence and taken a lot of the pressure off of renting out my property. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rental management company.
