'Martin & Co deliver a very professional & cost effective service achieved through good communication both with me & my tenants, cohesive teamwork, rapid turnaround on referencing & contracts & efficient financial controls & payments. They're always there when I've needed them when problems arise and are working in the background when I don’t.
