We requested Doreen to block it for us; which she did. We arranged the payments over the next couple of days. The following Sunday, Martin & Co arranged a meeting with the landlord... and it was DONE. Everything was so smooth and Doreen went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She's been prompt with answering emails/phone calls and generally getting us settled so far. Along with Doreen, I fully recommend the staff at Martin & Co, Staines when renting a property. They are thorough professionals who know their jobs very well and have been fantastic throughout. It was the first time we had rented in the UK and there is a reputation that estate agents usually have but we have to say that everyone at this office of Martin & Co is very helpful. Finally, we are going to move into our new flat in Staines very soon and are really excited about it.
