Me and my girlfriend have been renting a property with Martin and co for a little under 18 months and have had such a pleasant experience with them since. We suffered a horrible time with a previous agent who was unwilling to help us, made us feel like every time we would mention something about the property it was our fault and no help at all! It is the complete opposite with Martin and Co who go out of there way to make sure we are comfortable in our home and keep lines of communication open between us and our landlords. I would highly recommend letting through martin and co as they will do there upmost as easy and pain free as possible!
