A refreshing experience.

I met Crispin Jones from Isis in around January 2014. I informed him my wife and I were looking for 2 bedroom investment properties within a specified area of Staines and had a fixed business plan. We explained that we had been looking for a while with mixed results from other agents and we had in place the funds and solicitors in place. He took time to understand our requirements and began his search for us, we felt we had a personal friend/agent on our side from the first meeting. A few weeks went past and he kept us informed of several properties that had come on to the market, we viewed a few properties and found several which met our requirements. This was at a time when the market was red hot. Crispin helped us secure an ideal property besides the river Thames which was perfect for our needs, we viewed and offered immediately. The vendors found a property a few months later and the roller coaster of purchasing property started. I would say this was the most fractious and stressful purchases we have endured in 25 years with at times all things going wrong at the same time, but through this ordeal of 6 months we could always rely on the professional and approachable nature of Isis and especially Crispin Jones. He took time out to help negotiate away most of the issues that arose in this problematic purchase by breaking down the problems and smoothing them out to all parties satisfaction. I would without hesitation recommend Crispin Jones and Isis to any of my friends and business circle.
