The sale of 22 George Street was exceptional. From the suggested strategy of providing an Open House to the completion of the sale, in my view was considered a great success. Outcome of the Open House resulted in 3 offers within 3 days at almost asking price from which one of them was accepted. Throughout the process from the offer to completion, I was constantly updated regarding the buyer's situation.
