Great, efficient and friendly service!

My experience with The Frost Partnership in Staines over a period of 5 years was great. They dealt with the purchase, tenancy and sale of my house with professionalism, efficiency and dedication. The team at Staines kept me informed at all stages of the process and were always willing to answer my questions resulting in a stress-free purchase and sale. They were reliable, friendly and informative. They seemed to work well together as a team, with appropriate backups in place and so I was never left without a contact person. I really appreciate the advice and support Frost provided me with during this time - especially as towards the end, the communication was almost daily! A special thanks to Andy Thomson who was my main contact and managed to negotiate a higher selling price for me. He was extremely patient and very helpful, he even tried to find a home for my white goods! Now that is service :) Thank you Frost, I will definietely be recommending you to all of my friends and family going forward.
