As im a first time buyer i went with the services of Chet Patel as a mortgage broker, he went slow, explained everything and answered all my questions. He knew exactly what i needed to bring with me to make the entire process as smooth as can be. We went through all the mortgage options together and decided on the perfect one and plans for the next step of what to do after. He even filled in all the paper work. Honestly would have been lost without his knowledge and guidance. His fees are also very reasonable too. I have no complaints and would definitely use him again. I cannot recommend him enough.
